What is an appropriate expense for a rabbinic discretionary fund? How can anonymity be maintained while also establishing proper oversight procedures? What happens to a discretionary fund when a rabbi leaves a congregation or organization? Among the most frequently asked questions posed to RA staff are questions around the use and management of discretionary funds.
