Clergy partners have unique challenges and opportunities that impact their family, career, and relationships. This workshop is designed to provide guidance, camaraderie, and support for clergy partners preparing for the search process. In each of the three one-hour sessions, we will use texts and vignettes as discussion prompts, along with opportunities to share experiences and tips for practical planning. We will address the liminal moment in the life of a clergy person and partner, the search for a position. The workshop is led by Tami Arnowitz, founder of Good Questions Coaching and Teaching and a clergy partner for 25 years.
In addition to the group session, each participant is entitled to one 30 minute coaching session, which can be done by 1:1 with Tami or together with your partner.
