We know that rabbis today are expected to generate a constant stream of content—divrei torah, introductions, classes, and more—all while juggling diverse responsibilities. This session, led by communication expert, and rabbinic communication coach Michael Sigman, acknowledges how daunting that creative demand can be and offers practical tools to make the process more manageable and less overwhelming. Participants will learn how to build and use an “idea bank,” apply a formula to overcome writer’s block, and engage in brief practice sessions to apply the techniques. The session wraps with a powerful framework for navigating tough conversations by quickly shifting perspectives, offering rabbis a fresh approach to communication challenges across settings.
