Wednesday, October 18th and Wednesday, November 1st, 11am-6pm ET (breaks provided throughout the day)
Rabbis have the potential to be change agents, responsible for transitional moments and faithful transformations. The RRA and RA have joined together to bring the wisdom of the Interim Ministry Network’s Effective Transitional Leadership program to our members serving (or contemplating serving in the future) in interim/transitional or new positions. How do we affect change while adhering to the values, customs, and traditions of existing institutions? We will learn together to acquire tools as we engage intentionally in our holy work.
Objectives: You will understand change theory and how to apply it in transitional time, feel competent in the role of a transitional leader and facilitator for the work of an organization, be equipped to manage both yourself and your organization in conflict, have practiced using tools designed to guide an organization through a transition, and have had opportunities to apply your learnings using case studies.
Dates: Wednesday, October 18th and Wednesday, November 1st
Note: Please plan to attend both sessions completely. There will be reflection work between the two sessions.
Time: 11am-6pm ET (breaks provided throughout the day)
Cost: $118 if you have a professional development fund. For those without a PD fund, tuition is $54.
Zoom only.
