In this Wise Aging cohort, led by our colleague Elana Zaiman, we will explore aging with intention. Our group will be a supportive space to reflect on our lives, our bodies, our relationships, and on the loss and joy we may experience as we begin to let go of our professional selves and consider how we want to show up for ourselves and for those we love when we retire. We will share stories, engage in discussion, journal, and meditate as we explore the internal wisdom each of us brings to the table.
Sessions are on Zoom and are 90-minutes (12-1:30pm ET // 9-10:30am PT). This is not a drop-in group. Those who join commit to attend all 10 sessions (or most).
We will be using the book Wise Aging: Living with Joy, Resilience, & Spirit by Rabbi Rachel Cowan z”l and Dr. Linda Thal. Please plan to purchase this book and bring it, along with a notebook and pen, to our zoom gatherings.
This program is highly subsidized by our mental health grant. Registration: $36/person.
