Thank you for your interest in our Brit Kodesh program! This is NOT a medical training. You may only apply to this course if you are certified to perform circumcisions. This is a course of Jewish liturgy, law, ritual, theology and more. This is a sacred calling, a holy task. We welcome your application to this elite program. We take our Conservative/Masorti movement standards seriously (as you will see in this application) and trust you will as well.
Participants must commit to attending the entire in-person program at Congregation B’nai Torah in Sandy Springs, GA from Sunday, February 1, 2026 (starting early afternoon) through Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 4pm.
All applications are subject to review and acceptance by the Brit Kodesh Committee of the Rabbinical Assembly. Submission of this preliminary application does not guarantee a place in the Brit Kodesh program.
Fee for the course ($4800) will be due to the Rabbinical Assembly upon full acceptance into the program. Payment is due within 3 weeks of acceptance. Tuition includes 4 breakfasts, 4 lunches, and 2 dinners. Housing and other dinners must be arranged on your own (we have a block of hotel rooms should you be interested).

PLEASE NOTE: Upon completion of this program, participants will be invited to schedule a Beit Din with instructors and their sponsoring rabbi in order to be certified in matters of halakhah and ritual related to Brit Milah. This is not a medical certification. You will be able to claim that you are a graduate of the Brit Kodesh program of the Conservative/Masorti movement. Participants become part of our global Brit Kodesh network of mohalim/mohalot and, upon annual confirmation of medical license, malpractice insurance, and continued religious practice, we will list your professional information on our website.
