Dozens of those in the Jewish community were directly affected by the Surfside tragedy. Last month, the Rabbinical Assembly organized a call to underscore how Jewish people from around the world have united around Surfside, offering support beyond prayers and donations.
As rabbis in Florida continue to absorb so much grief and pain, our colleagues offered their support. In the words of our colleague Rabbi Ed Feinstein, "May God give them the strength of Jeremiah to bring sparks of light into the deep and profound darkness."
