If you serve as a mentor in one of our programs (Ometz Mentoring, Va'ad HaKavod) or through the rabbinical schools, you are invited to a special session led by Rachel Sklan, Chief Executive of Masorti UK, to review the fundamentals of mentoring a colleague, including intentional goal setting, active listening, giving appropriate feedback, and gently guiding newer colleagues to explore their “growing edge”. We will have an opportunity to go into breakout rooms depending on which mentoring program you are doing for some specialized conversation and connection.
