Eit Ratzon 2022

NOT JUST FOR NEW RABBIS: What if we saw the Torah of Eit Ratzon, of transition and desire to change, as our invitation to revisit our rabbinates at any and every stage?

In Pirkei Avot we learn, “turn it and turn it, for everything is in it.” Eit Ratzon is for NEW rabbis, SEASONED rabbis, those moving to a new LOCATION, those shifting to a different kind of rabbinic POSITION, those moving down the HALL to a new office, and those who are eager to CONTINUE to LEARN and GROW (even after many years in the same position!). 

As we embrace the “next/new normal,” we shift our vantage points and enter our holy work from new angles. This July and August, our professional development is geared to support our rabbis, to encourage collaboration with lay leadership, and to begin the New Year of 5783 from a place of strength. 

Each session is 90 minutes. Sessions will be recorded for training purposes but not shared. Participants are expected to join in conversations with their cameras on. Financial aid is available - please reach out to Ilana Garber with questions or accommodations. No refunds. Select sessions will be open to Rabbis outside of the RA at a non-member rate.
