What: A two-day training session at the office of the RA intended to give you the skills to provide one year of service to a congregation as a pulpit rabbi, an organizational consultant, and a transition expert. You will learn how to work with your congregation to provide a bridge to their next rabbi by assisting them in dealing with their conflict, dysfunction, and loss. A great benefit to those who want to be trained as an interim rabbi.
