Often, women and non-binary people find themselves addressing gender biases at work on their own and all alone, further reinforcing the notion that these inequities are “women’s issues” or issues that belong to “others”. Our efforts to change this dynamic are often without the people we need most as partners and stakeholders–men. Many of us have committed to stepping forward to speak up and make change in our communities and beyond as we advocate for gender equity and more equitable workplaces. And at the same time, we’re not there yet. Let’s get there together.
