This year as some communities are gathering in-person, while some prefer to stay home, we are curating a list of online Selihot services (below) that are open to the public. This list will be updated regularly. Please click here to share the information about your service.
Selihot Night Live is also right around the corner! Please join us on Saturday, August 28 from 8:30 PM - 1:00 AM ET. This year, there will be just ONE Zoom link – sponsoring organizations will have access to that Zoom. Otherwise, we welcome you to watch the livestream on our YouTube channel.

Two study sessions will bookend our services. Before services we will explore teshuvah from a human standpoint--our need for betterment and reconciliation. Following services we will consider G!d's viewpoint--what is G!d's investment into our teshuvah, and how can teshuvah mediate the human-Divine relationship. Highly participatory Selichot service will be led by Rabbi J.B. Sacks and our Rabbinic Intern Maayan Lev, containing traditional and contemporary music, prayers, and poetry. Transliterations of all publicly done Hebrew to ensure inclusion and participation. |
